Welcome to Vivafit (“Vivafit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Vivafit is a personalized fitness application and platform.

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, and upcoming website/other software provided on or in connection with Vivafit services (collectively, the “Service“), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
• By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to share information about you, including private information about you (e.g. gender, age group) and public information (“User Content“). This means that other Users may search for, see, use, or share any of your User Content that you explicitly make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information.

Information you provide us directly:

• Information from social login services
• Basic profile information that you provide for your user profile including name, username, profile picture and so on. This information allows us to help you or others be “found” on Vivafit, and helps us secure and provide you with access to our services.
• User Content (e.g., posts, comments) that you post to the Service.
• Your auth information which you give us by signing in with Apple or other services.
• Communications between you and Vivafit. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related emails.

Activity information:

• We collect information on your workout activity (e.g. date, time, rep counts, intensity) in order to measure your progress, display performance statistics, personalize workout content in real time, personalize workout recommendations, and enable competition with other users.
• This information is accessible to other users’ feed, if you’re connected with such users inside Vivafit. It will not be directly visible to other users.

Health information

• Vivafit may collect or infer health information. Certain health information may be inferred from sources such as heart rate or other information about your perceived exertion, including power, cadence, height and weight or other indicators.

Cookies, log file and similar technologies:

• When you visit the Service, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels to collect information about how you use Vivafit and provide features to you.
• We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party.
